Our extensions are never mass-produced. Each set is created especially for you, freshly prepared and quality checked by our team before shipping.

We ask for up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, as we prioritise quality, consistency and care over speed.

Processing Time

All extensions are ordered directly from our supplier once your purchase is placed.

Please allow 8-10 business days for us to prepare your hair before dispatch.

Once prepared and packaged, your order will be shipped first class within 1 business days.

UK Delivery

We offer fully tracked 1st class delivery across the UK via Royal Mail.

Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days once dispatched.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery to selected locations.

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

IMISÉ is not responsible for courier delays, customs holds, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
